How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days in the EU and the U.S. Please allow 2–3 extra days during busy seasons

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping in European Union/UK and the United States — shipping costs are already included in our product prices.
There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout within these regions

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.
However, free shipping applies only to Europe and the U.S.
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the product type. Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days.

Can I request faster delivery?

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Feel free to contact us for personalized products — we can adapt designs for your dance school or create something unique for you.

How can I check the measurements and sizing for a T-shirt?

To ensure the best fit, you can find detailed garment measurements right on the product page:
1) Navigate to the specific T-shirt product page.
2 ) Click on the “Size Guide” link near the “Add to Cart” button. A pop-up window will appear showing the full measurement chart (in inches and centimeters), allowing you to compare the product dimensions against your own measurements before making a purchase.

What if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received?

If your order arrives with an issue (misprinted, damaged, or defective product), or if the wrong item was received, we will cover the costs.
Resolution: Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
Action Required: You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach clear photos.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for ‘buyer’s remorse’ (change of mind)?

No. Since our products are made to order, we do not issue refunds for “buyer’s remorse,” which includes ordering the wrong color, wrong size, or simply changing your mind.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Returns, size or colour exchanges are generally not offered unless specifically stated otherwise on a case-by-case basis and will be at the customer’s expense

What happens if I provide the wrong address or fail to claim the package?

If the package is returned to our facility because the address provided was insufficient or the shipment was unclaimed by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We will confirm an updated address with you and recharge the shipping fee to send the item again

Are there any limits on the number of items I can order?

Yes. We currently have an order limit in place to ensure maximum quality and dedicated attention to every single product.
This allows us to maintain high production standards and efficient delivery times for all of our customers.

How can I place a large quantity (bulk) order?

If you are interested in placing an order that exceeds the current limit or require a bulk supply for your business, we encourage you to contact us directly.
Please include the following details in your inquiry:

  • The total Quantity desired.
  • The specific Items you are interested in.

Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
